TERMS & CONDITIONS
Capacity: Our current COVID-19 studio capacity is 5 individuals.
Timing: The studio may be booked back-to-back; please consider other renters and ensure the studio is cleaned and you’re punctual leaving once your booked time is complete. There is a 30 minute grace period between sessions; please ensure the studio and all props are in the original place and cleaned effectively.
Cancellations: All bookings are non-refundable. Square Co-Work offers studio credits when cancellations are made with more than 24 hours notice. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice of the booking start time, the booking is forfeited entirely.
Insurance: All photographers and/or businesses that rent Square Co-Work must have commercial liability insurance, applicable to all premises and operations, including Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Personal Injury, etc. By agreeing to the terms & conditions, you confirm that you are a registered business with commercial liability insurance.
Contactless Entry: Your passcode will auto-expire after your session. Please gather all of your belongings and do not leave any personal items in the studio after your session. If you forget an item in the studio, please email hello@squarecowork.com to arrange pickup for a later date.
Cleaning: Please leave the studio the way you found it. There are cleaning & sanitization supplies in the storage area at the back of the studio. If you are photographing a cake smash, it is mandatory that there is no cake residue left on the floors, wall or furniture.
Props: You are more than welcome to move sets around during your time in the studio, however please move everything back to its original place prior to leaving the studio. Please respect the next renter and return the large set of items to the original location.
Garbage & Recycling: Please remove all waste and recycling from the studio. Behind the studio building, you will find an outdoor garbage bin by our studio door marked 157. You may place your waste in that bin. There will be a minimum charge of $75 for cleaning and moving large set items to original places.
No Smoking/ Drinking: Smoking, Recreational Drugs, and Alcohol are not permitted in the studio.
Candles & Open Flame: Do not bring candles into the studio. Open flame candles drip wax on the floor and other surfaces, which may cause damage. No sparklers, smoke machines, dry ice, candles, or any other item that may be a fire hazard. **There is a smoke detector in the studio that will set off the entire building***
Noise: Please respectful of the other businesses and tenants in the building; please keep music/noise to a responsible level.
Equipment: We are a natural light studio. There are reflectors, diffusers and photography stands that you may use. Please neatly put them back in the storage area when you’re done with them.
Security: Please do not use the backdoor of the studio unless it is an emergency. If you do open the backdoor for unloading equipment, please ensure all deadbolt locks are locked before leaving.
Seamless Paper Backdrops: You are more than welcome to use seamless paper rolls. Please be respectful of the amount you use. If a roll is damaged or disappears after your session, there will be a replacement fee for the cost of the roll. (Do not cut or use the seamless paper for cake smash sessions)
Wifi: There is wifi available for use, and the access information is posted in the studio.
